ISLAND PORK SALAD
Fresh chopped crisp greens, red cabbage, carrot, tomato, celery and red onion. Topped with grilled honey garlic pork and pineapple. Served with honey garlic sauce and a grilled garlic ciabatta bun.

ASIAN SPARE RIBS
Our tender St. Louis pork side ribs are grilled to perfection and brushed with a flavorful Thai sweet chili sauce. Served with stir fry vegetables, rice and a grilled garlic ciabatta bun. Half rack also available.

CREAMSICKLE CHEESECAKE
Smooth white chocolate cheese layered on a creamy orange-infused cheesecake swirled vibrantly with orange zest.
