Welcome to Humpty’s Guest Rewards, your opportunity to earn one point for every dollar you spend at participating Humpty’s Family Restaurant locations!
With Guest Rewards, you can earn one point for every dollar spent and can redeem those points for future discounts at Humpty’s.
HOW DO I GET STARTED?
- Start by downloading the Humpty’s Guest Rewards app from the App Store or Google Play.
- Tap on Guest Rewards in the app
- Tap the option to Register Today
- Fill out the registration form, including first name, last name, e-mail, password and date of birth (date of birth is optional)
- Once registered, you will use your e-mail and password to login to your Guest Rewards account
You should only register one account. There is no advantage to having multiple accounts – all you will do is dilute your points across multiple accounts
HOW DO I LOGIN TO GUEST REWARDS?
- You can login by simply tapping on the login option and then entering your e-mail and password
If you have forgotten your password, you can use the option to reset your password through the ‘forgot your password’ link
- Once logged in, you will be able to update your profile by tapping on the person icon in the top right corner of the app screen
Note: You will not be able to update your birth date once registered. If you have entered the wrong birthdate, e-mail [email protected] to request a birthdate reset
HOW DO I COLLECT POINTS?
- Tap on the Collect Points button in Guest Rewards
- Enter the Date of Purchase from the Guest Cheque (receipt).
Ensure that the date you select is the same as the date on the Guest Cheque – dates that do not match will result in your transaction being flagged and may result in the points being denied.
Note that points can be collected up to 7 days after the purchase, but not after 7 days.
- Enter the Pre-Tax Amount of the Guest Cheque (receipt). Points are awarded for the pre-tax total of your Guest Cheque.
Ensure that the purchase amount entered is pre-tax – entering the total of the Guest Cheque tax included will result in your transaction being flagged and may result in the points being denied.
- Select the Humpty’s location where you are making your purchase from a drop down list.
- Hit the Next button
- You will then be asked to take a picture of your Guest Cheque. This picture will be used to validate your purchase and award your points.
1) the entire Guest Cheque is visible in the picture,
2) your Guest Cheque is right side up (not sideways or upside down),
3) you have sufficient lighting for the picture, and
4) to take the picture as straight-on as possible.
The data from your Guest Cheque will be scanned to validate your purchase and if any inconsistencies are found or if the Guest Cheque is not readable, your transaction will be flagged and you may NOT be awarded your points
- Check your photo against the details you submitted for your purchase to ensure information is correct
- Submit the transaction
Your points may take up to 48-72 hours to process to your account
Do not submit the same Guest Cheque more than once. Duplicate Guest Cheques will not be processed and points will not be awarded
HOW DO I REDEEM POINTS?
- Tap on the Redeem Points button in Guest Rewards
- 100 points can be redeemed for a $10 discount per transaction per visit (Guests cannot redeem more than one $10 discount per visit)
If you do not have at least 100 points you will not be able to redeem any points
- If you have enough points to redeem a discount, select the location at which you are making your redemption
- You will be asked to confirm the details for your redemption.
Note: Your redemption code will only be valid for 1 hour from activation. We suggest you activate discount codes while in a Humpty’s location to avoid running out of time to use the redemption code
- The redemption screen will show a redemption code and an animated Humpty’s logo. Show this redemption code to your server at Humpty’s and they will process your discount.
Once you close the redemption screen or the 60 minutes runs out to use your redemption code, the redemption code will no longer be valid and 100 points will be debited from your account. Please ensure that you use your redemption code at the restaurant to avoid the risk of losing your discount. Unused redemption codes will result in the loss of points without realizing a discount.
